Enrollment in Wip Studio courses is confirmed only after full payment has been received through our official payment channels. Course fees cover access to live sessions, recorded materials, project files, and instructor feedback as described on the specific course page. All payments are non-refundable except in cases where Wip Studio cancels a course entirely. Prices listed are final and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at our sole discretion. Early-bird or promotional pricing is available only during the specified promotion period and cannot be applied retroactively.
Participants receive access to course materials for the duration of the course and a limited post-course access period as specified. Recordings of live sessions may be provided for review, but are intended solely for enrolled participants. Participants are expected to attend sessions on time and engage respectfully with instructors and peers. Technical requirements (stable internet, modern browser, code editor) must be met by the participant to fully benefit from the course. Wip Studio is not responsible for technical issues on the participant's side that prevent access or participation.
All course materials, including slides, code examples, project templates, and recordings related to Creative Coding, Interactive Design, Motion Interfaces, Web Animations, 3D Experiences, and Prototype Labs, are the intellectual property of Wip Studio. Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal learning and portfolio purposes only. Redistribution, commercial use, or public sharing of course materials without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited. Code and techniques taught may be used in personal or client projects, provided no direct course content is shared. Wip Studio retains all rights to examples and projects created during live demonstrations. Participants may showcase final projects inspired by the course in their portfolios with proper attribution to Wip Studio.
Wip Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancellation by Wip Studio, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session. Participant-initiated withdrawals or no-shows do not qualify for refunds or transfers. Rescheduled sessions will maintain the same content and duration whenever possible. Notice of cancellation or major schedule changes will be communicated via email at least 7 days in advance when feasible. Force majeure events beyond our control may result in shorter notice periods without liability.

We make no guarantees regarding specific career outcomes, skill mastery levels, or project success resulting from course participation. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from technical issues during live or recorded sessions.
